We are deeply committed to this community, as evidenced by our most recent development of Grandview at Bay Beach, the first new residential town built on Fort Myers Beach in the last 15 years.
Our vision pays homage to the Outrigger Beach Resort’s cherished past, while boldly embracing the promise of the future. We’re more than just a development, the Outrigger is a celebration of the vibrant spirit, growth and resiliency of this town we love.
The History

Both the Outrigger and Charley’s sustained catastrophic damage during Hurricane Ian. Prior to Hurricane Ian:
- Outrigger Beach Resort had 144 hotel rooms
- Charley’s Boathouse Grill had 250 seats

- Hotel with maximum height of 9 stories over parking plus rooftop lounge, with 100 hotel keys and 50 hotel-condo keys
- 46 beachfront condo residences with a maximum height of 15 stories over parking
